These terms apply when you use tosarion.com and the Tosarion portals (together, "Tosarion"). By creating an account or using Tosarion you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Tosarion.

"We" and "us" means Tosarion, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. "You" means the person using Tosarion.

1. What Tosarion provides

Tosarion is online training for Microsoft certifications. Everything is delivered online; nothing is shipped. Each course can include:

  • Exam prep: practice questions with explanations, a learning mode and timed practice exams in the student portal.
  • Hands-on lab guides: step-by-step labs that you carry out in your own Microsoft environment.
  • Companion manuals: a manual for each course, to read alongside the labs, where one has been published.

Tosarion is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft. Microsoft, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and Copilot are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Our practice questions are for study; they are not the questions of any Microsoft exam, and using Tosarion does not guarantee that you will pass one.

2. Your account

  • Accounts are created by invitation: we, your instructor or your organisation invite you by email, and you register from that invitation.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to hold an account.
  • Your account is for you alone. Keep your password private, do not share your sign-in, and tell us at once at support@tosarion.com if you think someone else has used it.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your email address current: we use it for invitations, sign-in and service messages.

3. Course access

  • Access is granted per course. Your portal shows the courses you can open.
  • Access can have an end date. When it ends, the course closes; your progress is kept, and it comes back if access is granted again.
  • The standard access period is 90 days from your first sign-in, renewable up to three times for 30 days each at no cost.
  • We may update course content (questions, explanations, labs and manuals) at any time, for example when Microsoft changes a product or an exam.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

Access arranged by an organisation

  • Access is provided by invitation through your employer, training provider or other organisation. There is no charge to students. Any fees are agreed separately between Tosarion and that organisation.
  • Organisational purchases are governed by the agreement with that organisation. Individual students may close their account at any time from their profile page.

Access bought directly

  • Prices are shown in US dollars at the point of purchase and are billed to the individual or organisation that places the order. Payment is taken by card or invoice. Prices may change, but a change never affects access already paid for.
  • You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After that, access continues until the end of the access period and no refund is given.

5. Using the labs

  • Labs are carried out in a Microsoft environment that you or your organisation provide. You are responsible for that environment, its licences and its costs, and for following Microsoft's terms there.
  • Use a training or developer environment, not one that holds live business data. Labs create, change and remove items.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, copy, sell or publish course content (questions, answers, explanations, lab guides or manuals), in whole or in part;
  • share your account or let others use your access;
  • scrape, download in bulk or automate access to the portals;
  • try to get around sign-in, access limits or security, or to reach other people's data;
  • disrupt Tosarion or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Our content

Course content, the portals and this website belong to us or our licensors. Your access gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study while your access lasts. Lab guides adapted from Microsoft's openly licensed lab material keep the notices of that licence.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tosarion available and correct, but it is provided "as is": we cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date with every Microsoft change. We may change, pause or retire a course or a feature.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam results, lost data in your lab environment or lost business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for access in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@tosarion.com. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Before starting a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Tosarion after a change means you accept the updated terms.
